There exists nothing I can say that can possibly add to what has already been said concerning the legal thuggery against Kathleen Seidel of neurodiversity.com. All I can really do is express my complete and total outrage over the situation and my support for a fellow blogger.
Kathleen: may your motion to quash be well received, and may you continue to cover the issue at hand in your usual meticulously-researched way no matter how long it lasts.
For shitbag lawyer Clifford Shoemaker: grow the fuck up and stop being a fucking thug... or eat a big, steaming pile of my favorite dish. I prefer "grow up", but it's your damned choice. Thanks.

Yeah my head almost exploded when I read about it and the possible implications that come with it for bloggers that voice their opinion about ... well almost anything.
I say "bring it on". This has implications for all forms of news media should the court side with the plaintiff... I somehow think the outrage would force a reconsideration of just who can be subpoenaed in such a situation. Could send a strong message to scumbag lawyers to stay the fuck out of our free speech rights.
